STAND WITH CORRECT POSTURE: Radtai’s Top 10 Acting Tips

--

  1. STAND WITH CORRECT POSTURE

Stand still with your feet in parallel, try to touch the floor with the whole part of your feet, release your shoulders, drop your chin a little bit, open yourself up to the peripheral atmosphere, absorb it, let it work with you.

This will help your breath flows more naturally, increase your height and expand spaces within yourself.

The right standing posture will help decrease tensions, and thoughts stream uninterrupted.

Your body is well set in “a state of readiness”, a state in which is suitable for it to work in any circumstances, tragic ones or comic ones. There will be enough spaces in it to develop any kind of emotions.

And above all, it will make you look interesting enough for audiences to want to watch you.
